Laoise McNally Solicitor MSM Law

Laoise graduated from Queen's University Belfast with an LLB in Law and Politics in 2019. She worked in commercial law for 2 years before attending the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's University and subsequently obtained a Certificate in Professional Legal Studies before admission as a solicitor.

Since joining MSM Law Laoise has chosen to specialise in all areas of family Law, including proceedings under the Children (NI) Order 1995 such as Residence, Contact and Care Order Proceedings representing clients in both private and public law proceedings.

Laoise also regularly assists MSM clients who require applications for Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders which are designed to help protect Domestic Violence victims and also defending such orders.

Laoise also specialises in representing clients in Matrimonial matters, including Separation, Divorce and Ancillary Relief proceedings.

Laoise assists clients resolve high value separation and divorce financial cases on an ongoing basis.
