MSM Law has announced the appointment of Solicitor Eoghan Curran, further strengthening the firm’s Criminal Law and Civil Litigation teams.
Eoghan joins MSM Law with experience spanning criminal law, civil litigation, healthcare legal services and inquests. His appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in specialist legal expertise and its commitment to providing clear, accessible legal advice across a broad range of legal matters.
After graduating in Law from the University of Galway, Eoghan began his career with the Directorate of Legal Services, the sole provider of legal services to the Health and Social Care sector in Northern Ireland. He later completed his professional training through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies before gaining experience across criminal, civil litigation, private client and family law.
He subsequently worked with the Coroner’s Office, advising and representing the Coroner in inquests and related litigation, developing particular experience in complex cases involving healthcare, public authorities and medical evidence.
Eoghan has a particular interest in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and medical negligence investigations, where careful preparation and attention to detail are often critical to achieving the best outcome for clients.
