Eoghan advises and represents clients facing serious and often complex legal problems. He is known for his calm approach, careful preparation and firm advocacy in court. Whether acting for clients under investigation or appearing before the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court, Circuit Court, Court of Appeal or Supreme Court, his focus is always the same: to protect his client’s position and provide clear direction at difficult moments.

He leads MSM Law’s Criminal Law team and supervises the firm’s Family Law and Litigation departments. His work also includes extradition proceedings, inquests, public inquiries and judicial review matters, particularly where human rights issues arise. Eoghan holds an LLM in Human Rights Law and an Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White-Collar and Regulatory Crime from Kings Inns, Dublin. He is an accredited Advanced Advocate and completed the first ever Law Society NI Vulnerable Person Practitioner course, reflecting the firm’s commitment to protecting vulnerable clients.

Eoghan currently serves as Junior Vice President of the Law Society of Northern Ireland and chairs the Access to Justice Committee. He has held a number of representative roles within the profession and remains actively involved in legal policy and committee work. His broader leadership of MSM Law reflects a clear principle: clients should receive equal access to justice, strong representation and clear legal advice at every stage.
