Paul leads MSM Law’s Civil Litigation Department and advises clients who have suffered injury, loss or harm as a result of negligence. His work covers road traffic collisions, workplace accidents, public liability claims and complex medical negligence cases.
He is known for his clear advice and steady approach, particularly in cases where clients are dealing with long-term health consequences or financial uncertainty. Paul prepares cases thoroughly, works closely with medical experts and negotiates firmly to secure fair outcomes.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Paul is an accredited Law Society Advanced Advocate and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). His focus is always practical: protect his client’s position and guide them through the claims process with clarity.
