Andy Egerton has been practising Criminal Law in excess of 20 years having worked for a number of leading Law firms in Merseyside prior to returning home and joining MSM Law.
Andy qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and became one of the youngest Law Firm partners in England at the age of 27.
Andy obtained his Higher Rights of Audience in 2014 and is a fearless, highly skilled and sought after Criminal Advocate seeking justice for his clients and will leave no stone unturned in that pursuit.
Andy has represented a countless number of clients in the Police Station, Youth Court, Magistrates Court and the Crown Court for offences ranging from theft to Murder, Firearm offences, Fraud, Proceeds of Crime, Sexual Offences and large-scale Conspiracies to Supply Drugs including EncroChat cases. He has also dealt with many Court of Appeal cases.
A number of Andy's cases have been reported in the press including being instructed on R v CW who was acquitted after Trial of the murder of a serving police officer. Andy was also involved in a case where the defendant was accused of one of the largest Cannabis Importations to the UK.
