Eoghan advises clients across Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and Medical Negligence matters. He combines experience gained in private practice with a background advising the Health and Social Care sector and representing the Coroner in inquests and related proceedings.
After graduating in Law from the University of Galway, Eoghan worked with the Directorate of Legal Services, the sole provider of legal services to the Health and Social Care sector in Northern Ireland. He later completed his professional training through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies before working across a broad range of criminal, civil litigation, private client and family matters.
Eoghan has a particular interest in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and medical negligence investigations. His experience of inquests and healthcare-related proceedings gives him valuable insight into complex cases involving public bodies and clinical issues. His approach is built on careful preparation, clear advice and ensuring every client understands their position from the outset.
