MSM Law has strengthened its legal team with the promotion of Oran Clarke to Solicitor and Rebecca Sloan to Apprentice Solicitor, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in developing legal talent and expanding its capabilities across Criminal Law, Family Law and Civil Litigation.

Oran Clarke has qualified as a Solicitor and now works across the firm’s Criminal Law, Family Law and Litigation departments. His role includes advising clients, preparing court applications and representing clients as part of the firm’s growing legal team.

A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Oran returned to Ireland to complete his professional training through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s University Belfast. Since joining MSM Law, he has developed a reputation for thorough preparation, attention to detail and clear communication with clients.

Rebecca Sloan has progressed from Paralegal to Apprentice Solicitor within the firm’s Family Law department. She assists with client consultations, the preparation of court documents and attendance at hearings, while continuing her professional legal training.

Rebecca previously worked within family law before joining MSM Law and holds degrees from both Ulster University and Queen’s University Belfast. She has a particular interest in family law and criminal defence and is committed to providing practical support to clients during what are often challenging circumstances.

Director Eoghan McKenna said: “Developing talented people from within the firm is an important part of our long-term strategy. Oran’s qualification as a Solicitor and Rebecca’s progression to Apprentice Solicitor both strengthen the depth of expertise we can offer our clients. They have already made valuable contributions to the firm and these appointments further enhance our ability to provide clear, accessible legal advice across the island of Ireland.”

The appointments continue MSM Law’s investment in building specialist expertise across its practice areas while supporting the firm’s growing cross-border capability and expanding presence in Dublin.

As the firm continues to grow, its focus remains unchanged: delivering practical legal advice, careful preparation and strong representation when clients need it most.

No drama. Just clear legal advice.
