Director Eoghan McKenna recently appeared before the Justice Committee at Stormont on behalf of the Law Society NI to provide evidence in relation to Access to Justice issues.
Access to Justice remains a cornerstone of a fair and effective legal system and a crucial element of the Rule of Law.
Ensuring that individuals can access strong legal advice, representation and support From Solicitors when they need it is vital for protecting rights and maintaining public confidence in the justice system.
Eoghan welcomed the opportunity to contribute to the Committee’s discussions and to share the profession’s perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
“We are proud to support conversations that help shape the future of legal services and improve access to justice for those who need it most,” he said.
