MSM Law has announced the appointment of Emma Stratton as Family Law Solicitor.
Emma advises clients across all areas of family law and brings significant experience supporting individuals and families through situations that are often sensitive, complex and emotionally challenging. Her appointment represents an important development for the firm’s Family Law department and further strengthens MSM Law’s ability to provide specialist support across a broad range of family law matters.
Emma regularly represents clients in both private and public law children proceedings, including complex cases involving Social Services and care applications. As an accredited member of the Northern Ireland Children Order Panel, she is recognised for her expertise in representing parents and other parties in children’s cases.
She also advises clients on divorce, separation and financial settlements, helping families achieve practical and workable outcomes during periods of significant change.
Commenting on her appointment, Emma said:
“Family law is rarely just about legal documents. It’s about children, homes and futures. When someone comes to us, they usually want one thing first: to understand exactly where they stand. We focus on practical, sensible solutions wherever possible. But when court action is necessary, we prepare meticulously and represent you firmly. Clear advice makes difficult situations a lot steadier.”
Director Eoghan McKenna said:
“Emma’s appointment is a significant addition to the firm. She brings specialist family law experience, particularly in children proceedings and complex family matters, and shares our commitment to providing clear, accessible legal advice at important moments in our clients’ lives.”
The appointment reflects MSM Law’s continued investment in specialist legal expertise and its commitment to supporting individuals and families across Northern Ireland and beyond.
No drama. Just clear legal advice.
